DELIVERY INFORMATION

All of our orders are delivered by Royal Mail. 

UK Delivery and Charges

The charge for UK 1st Class standard postage and packing is £4.59.  Our standard delivery time is usually 48-72 hours.  We aim to dispatch orders that come in on our website before 3pm, the same day. 

Please be advised that during busier periods such as sale or Christmas, some parcels may take slightly longer to be delivered. 

UK Next Day Delivery (Special Delivery)

If you require a Next Day delivery this can be selected when you are at checkout.  

The charge for this service is £8.95 and orders must be placed before 2pm to qualify for this service. 

Any Next Day orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday.  If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday and have requested Next Day, you will receive your order on the following Tuesday. 

However if you place an order on a Bank Holiday, for Next Day, this will be delivered to you on the Wednesday. 

Please note that Next Day deliveries, require a signature upon delivery. 

International Delivery 

We do offer an International Delivery Tracked Service, please see below the cost for delivery and how long it takes to deliver:-  

• Europe costs £13.05, delivery time takes between 3 – 5 working days
• USA costs £16.65, delivery time takes between 5-7 working days
• Other Worldwide Countries costs £16.20, delivery time takes between 5-7 working days.

Customs and Import Charges

Please note that any chargeable custom fees, taxes or customs delays are not the responsibility of Sarah Jane Jewels. 

Please note we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
